SNEAKER RECYCLING

The Fox Cities Marathon will be collecting athletic shoes through Nike's Reuse A Shoe program.  You can drop off any athletic shoe (any brand) such as basketball, running, soccer, softball, wrestling, football, volleyball and even golf shoes to be re-used.  The only athletic shoe that cannot be recycled are shoes with metal spikes or cleats.

Nike takes the old shoes and turn's them into Nike Grind, a product used to make athletic surfaces such as basketball courts, soccer fields, running tracks and tennis courts.

Please drop off your old athletic shoes at the following location.

    * Fox Cities Marathon, 2616 S. Oneida Street, Appleton   -   Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
