Reporting to the Recycling Operations Supervisor, the Equipment Operator I (Recycling) performs generalized labor skills and provides light and/or heavy equipment operational support involving Recycling and Resource Recovery Operations.
Hours: Saturdays 6:30am – 12:30pm, additional hours during the week may be available based on schedule and business needs

Reporting to the Solid Waste Operations Supervisor, the Equipment Operator I (Solid Waste) performs generalized labor skills and provides light and/or heavy equipment operational support involving Solid Waste and Resource Recovery Operations.
Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Millwright/ Industrial Maintenance Specialist
Full-time – $65,998.40 – $86,112.00 Annually

Position Purpose
Reporting directly to the Equipment/Facility Superintendent, the Recycling Industrial Maintenance Specialist maintains and repairs specialized recycling industrial equipment including AI robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and other facility equipment as needed. Collaborating with recycling operations leadership and outside vendors, the Industrial Maintenance Millwright/Specialist is critical in maintaining the recycling facility, decreasing operational downtime, and promoting efficiencies. Recycling Facility Job Opportunities
The state-of-the-art Tri-County Recycling Facility, located in Appleton, WI, is one of the largest publicly owned and operated single-stream recycling facilities in the United States. The facility processes over 80,000 tons of material each year, serving most northeast Wisconsin communities.
When collection trucks leave local neighborhoods, they travel to the Tri-County Recycling Facility where recyclables are:
* Separated from one another by hand and by high-tech sorting equipment.
* Compressed into storage bales for easy shipping.
* Marketed and sold to companies to be re-manufactured into a wide array of new products.
